Bay 2 Beach

The Mainpeak Paddlesports Bay 2 Beach presented by Healthway/Be Active is Perth's most unique paddle race with international paddlers hoping to stake their claim on the 2007 event. Paddlers start at Mosman Bay and head into the river towards Fremantle, passing through the iconic Fremantle Harbour then out around the North Mole and on to Leighton Beach.
Paddle Competencies and Ocean Education Courses will be run through Mainpeak Paddlesports, aimed at inexperienced ocean paddlers and for those that would would desire some upskilling/further information on handling craft in open waters. Courses will be running late October and early November.
The Mainpeak Paddlesports Bay 2 Beach is Race 2 in the 07 Ocean Challenge Series which is a five race series aimed at providing events to engage the paddling community in fun/safe ocean events. For more information on the Ocean Challenge Series visit www.myocean.com.au
